The General Manager of Manifest at The BIM Conference
A very interesting panel on “Interoperability in action: BIM for major stakeholders of construction projects”, took place at The BIM Conference, on Thursday October 12, with the participation of our General Manager, George Farlekas.
As Mr. Farlekas mentioned, “Accurate and up-to-date BIM models can help us design and implement more efficient maintenance procedures. The model must be regularly updated throughout construction to reflect changes made to the Assets. To accomplish this, it is essential to improve BIM education and training for industry personnel. It is worth noting that the usage of BIM can aid in the design and construction of buildings with a low environmental footprint, as it enables you to create models that calculate energy efficiency.
